Volunteer Commitment
- Volunteers must be 18 years old by November 1, 2008
- Volunteer for a minimum of 24 hours (four 6-hour shifts) from January 18-25, 2009
- Attend mandatory training in December 2008
- Consent to a Criminal History Records Check – all the information requested on the form must be provided – no exceptions

- Complimentary Parking while volunteering
- Snacks and Beverages while volunteering
- Credential allows volunteers to watch all practices when not volunteering
- Four (4) Complimentary Vouchers which can be exchanged for tickets to Sessions 1-7 or Session 9 at price level 3 and 4. Vouchers must be exchanged at the Quicken Loans Arena Box Office
- Credential allows volunteers to use the official silver line shuttle operating during the event between venues and hotels
- 15% Merchandise Discount on one official event merchandise item
- Total value of appreciation package is over $200
